Serving in the military and defending our  country should accelerate one’s ability to get a job, live in a great  community and pursue “life, liberty and happiness.”  

I was born in a military family, spent 3 years in the Army, and now I am a proud Veteran who advocates for the American Dream.   

Non-profits  and businesses struggle in their attempt to help Veterans because of  the complexities and lack of knowledge about the rules, processes and  the different organizations involved and their roles.  

I am a 10 year US Navy Veteran and 17 year Defense Industry “Jack-of-all-Trades and Master-of-None”. and I empower individuals and teams to reach their maximum potential through training and mentoring.  

I challenge the status quo and foster innovation in organizations through adaptation of agile
practices, diversity of thought, and continuous process improvements. I increase companies bottom
lines through effective Project Management.

I spent several holidays alone while on Active Duty, so I loved the concept so much I volunteered to be the ROM  Project Manager and will help to take the vision for Remember our Military from concept to reality . 

Together we will  organize the development and implementation of an automated data collection and matching system for Hosts and Guests utilizing my network of veterans and volunteers.

I've chosen to not  only prepare the individual to enter industry successfully through my  volunteer efforts, but to help industry learn how it can acquire,  retain, and benefit from this strategic talent, by refining their  processes and programs to be “Primed and Ready”...just like a pump!!

Cory Argenbright is a solutions-focused Senior  Executive and Consultant with more than 21 years of success across the  military, defense, waste solutions, gas, and entertainment industries.

  Leveraging extensive experience sourcing veteran talent, he is a  valuable advisor for an organization developing a true veteran hiring  initiative and developing resources available to companies and veterans. 

His broad areas of expertise include professional training and  development, sales management, leadership, and veteran affairs.

Throughout  his executive career, Cory has held leadership positions with his  Independent Consulting, JDog Junk Removal & Hauling United, and the  U.S. Army. 

As Campus Center Director for Park University I advise service members  at Hanscom AFB on their education and career goals, I’m dedicated to  providing access to quality higher education for our military and  veteran students.

With a husband currently serving in the MA Army National Guard and  spending holidays away from home, the mission of ROM resonates with me.  Welcoming service members into our homes while they’re away from their  families is a great way to show our support. 

We are facing unprecedented macro-level challenges that impact our business and personal lives. Many of the business tactics and approaches that delivered results in years past became obsolete over the past 24 months, or they were forced to evolve.  I am a highly driven, passionate,  forward-thinking, founder/revenue leader with 17 years of experience  building and scaling start-ups/companies (5X) in Food and Beverage,  Insurance, Advertising, Lead Generation and Technology.

Integrity, family, leadership, strength, work ethic, humility, passion and empathy are paramount in my personal foundation. 

I am a Founder, Serial Entrepreneur, Brand  Builder, Speaker, and Author with exceptional Management, Marketing, and  Sales expertise across a wide range of disciplines.

I  am a firm believer that my LAS education at the University of Illinois  serves me well in my pursuit of an MBWL (Masters By Working and  Learning), an advanced degree I continue to passionately pursue. 

I see Remember Our Military as an  all-volunteer project. We are not asking for monetary donations. We need  volunteers to support Remember our Military and spread the word. We  need volunteers who want to host active-duty military and veterans over  the holidays to make sure they don’t feel alone.

 The Coalition to Salute America's Heroes is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that  was created in 2004 to provide a way for individuals, corporations and  others to help severely wounded and disabled Operation Enduring Freedom  and Operation Iraqi Freedom veterans and their families rebuild their  lives.    

The mission of the Coalition is to help the people who have given so  much on our behalf overcome obstacles during recovery and resume a  productive and fulfilling life through programs targeted to their  specific needs. 

The Mission of the Military Community Chamber of Commerce will be to  become the joining force of the Military community.  We have all been  trained we work best as a team with one mission and one fight. 

The  Military Community Chamber of Commerce will become the tip of the spear  in bringing the community and its supporters into one team, one mission  and one fight. 

Currently there is no group working to connect the Military Community as  a whole. The current framework of the Military Community is tribal and  regionally disjointed and competing Non-Profits lower the donor amounts,  and limit grant capital allowing for small and slow progress toward  group goals. 

The disjointed nature of the Military Community pulls away  from our greatest strength, team building.
